Amanda Hamilton

A warm Texan at heart, Amanda Hamilton was born in Folsom, California, but she found her home in Boerne in 2006. She grew up in the area and graduated from Boerne–Samuel V. Champion High School, building deep roots in the Hill Country and the surrounding San Antonio communities she proudly serves. She values the relationships and strong sense of community that make this region so special.

Amanda married her middle school sweetheart and San Antonio native, Holden Hamilton. He works on the mortgage side of the real estate industry, giving her clients valuable insight into the full home-buying process. Her parents, Alma and Dr. David Hastings, along with many meaningful mentors, shaped Amanda’s upbringing. They instilled values rooted in contribution, intentionality, and respect for others—principles that guide her character and the way she serves her clients.

Amanda is a proud alumna of Texas A&M University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology while living in College Station. Her educational background gives her a strong advantage in real estate by providing insight into human behavior, communication, and relationship-building. She applies these skills daily to help clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions with clarity and confidence.

As a member of the Boehm Team, Amanda brings a strong work ethic, compassion, and clear communication to every client relationship. She leads with reliability, trustworthiness, and a client-first mindset. Her goal is to serve with integrity while helping clients confidently achieve their real estate goals.
