Susan Stafford-Holbrook

Susan brings decades of experience across multiple areas of the real estate industry. She supports both residential and commercial transactions nationwide.

Susan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and began her career in real estate advertising. She later relocated to Florida, where she earned her Florida real estate license. Susan spent 14 years as an active real estate agent. During that time, she worked closely with residential and commercial clients. She gained firsthand experience in transactions, negotiations, and client service.

After returning to North Carolina, Susan obtained her North Carolina real estate license. She transitioned into a specialized role as a real estate transaction coordinator. In this role, she has supported agents across multiple states. She helps manage and successfully close a high volume of transactions each year. Her attention to detail and organization make her a trusted resource. Her deep understanding of the transaction process adds consistent value.

Susan now works full-time with The Boehm Team. She assists with both residential and commercial transactions and plays a key role in keeping deals on track. She supports agents behind the scenes and ensures a smooth experience from contract to closing.

Outside of work, Susan lives in North Carolina with her blended family of seven. She values balance between professional excellence and family life.
