Hill Country Mile
Every year, downtown Boerne becomes a beautiful winter wonderland. The shops deck their storefronts with Christmas lights and decorations. The main plaza and river road park also have beautiful lights displayed this time of year! Take a walk down Main Street and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
Boerne Parade of Lights
The Boerne Parade of lights is an annual lighting contest that all City of Boerne residents can participate in. Check back here on December 10th to see a map of all the participants.

Drive through sparkling Christmas displays then stroll through the Old West as you step back in time, with holiday lights to dazzle and delight! Santa’s Ranch

Bring your friends and family and enjoy one of the best holiday light exhibits in the state! You’ll take a drive through over a mile of winding country roads while taking in the beautiful lights, and animated Christmas displays. You can also enjoy homemade hot cocoa, kettle corn, and snacks.
Holiday Lights on the Riverwalk

San Antonio invites you to experience the spectacular display of over 100,000 lights (2,250 strings of light) draped over the towering bald cypress trees that line the River Walk. Visiting these beautiful lights is free and they are turned on every year on the day after Thanksgiving. They will remain on every day from dusk till dawn until January 7th, 2024.
The Jones’ CHRISTmas Ranch

The Jones’ are a local Boerne family who loves to spread the joy of Christ’s birth through their Christmas light show each year. They have thousands and thousands of lights on display at their house every year! They do take monetary donations every year that they donate to other families in need.

Hinijosa Family Lights
140 Shadow Knolls, Boerne, TX 78006
The Hinijosa Family Lights feature about 100K lights all tuned to music. The show runs from 5:30-10:00 PM, and a little later on the weekends. Tune in to 93.1 FM to listen to the lights. The show starts every 30 minutes with a 10-minute break between with all the lights on. If it’s rainy, the show is not able to run.
University of the Incarnate Word

The University of the Incarnate Word lights up its campus with gorgeous Christmas lights every year starting the Saturday before Thanksgiving! The lights turn on every night at 6:15 p.m.
